SAFE urges caution in deviating from free market principles, e.g., by penalizing the use of fossil fuels in the name of fighting climate. Even if one accepts the man-made global warming theory, which we consider unproven, the complex web of federal and state regulations that is being spun does not represent an effective response. Perhaps it’s time to reconsider the march towards a centrally managed economy, both in the energy sector and other areas. Read More...
